Child Recliners Now Covered with Crypton® Super Fabric

How messy are your kids? If they’re anything like mine, they’re real messy. It wasn’t too bad when it was just my daughter. Yes, she would occasionally get crayon or marker where it wasn’t supposed to be, but in general things with her were pretty tidy. I then had two boys, and they started playing sports. Now it seems like there’s dirt, food and drinks everywhere. Oh, and then the girl decides it’s time to start playing with makeup. Yikes!

At Dozydotes® we’ve been making high quality children’s furniture for several years now. Most of this furniture is in the form of Child Recliners. We’ve always suggested to our customers that they use a stain resistant spray on these Kid Chairs before they give them to their little ones because, as we all know, kids are messy. This never seemed like a great way to sell our products. We wanted something better, and we’ve found it.

Crypton® Super Fabrics to the rescue! We saw Crypton’s® really cool video on You Tube and were impressed. We contacted them about using their fabric on our chairs and they agreed that it was a great match. We then had a couple of prototype chairs made up that we test ourselves (using our own real kids.) The results were stupendous. It’s unbelievable how well our Child Recliners covered with the Crypton® Super Fabric hold up. Crypton® says that their fabric creates a barrier between itself and moisture. I really don’t know how it does it, but this fabric just doesn’t seem to stain.

We tried all of the famous kids stains out on our prototypes; Dirt, Milk, Juice, Cookies, PB&J, Spaghetti, Soda (or pop, to those of us here in the Midwest,) even blood. Nothing stained. It was all wiped away easily following Crypton’s® cleaning instructions.
