What if I need to return my order?

If your order is damaged we will repair or replace your order. Please call our customer service line for assistance. We will replace defective merchandise, or provide replacement parts, "hassle free." You can return any order with no questions asked. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item you are returning minus a 15% re-stocking fee and any shipping costs incurred by BeanBagChairBazaar. The 15% re-stocking fee may be waived in place of additional orders. A full refund will be given in the case of damaged merchandise. All refunds will be given to the Credit Card of the original purchaser. Arrangements, and approvals, for returns must be made within 2 business days of receipt. Do not assemble your purchase or open parts or packaging. You will need to include all original packaging and parts with your return. Call us at Toll Free (866) 341-6790, or email us to make arrangements for returns. Contact us and we will replace any orders, or parts, with manufacturer's defects. Remember to include the original packaging and parts with your return! All returns must have prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.242
